I was truly inspired by the paper, "LLamol: A Dynamic Multi-Conditional Generative Transformer for De Novo Molecular Design," about its innovative approach and the potential applications it presents. This work has significantly influenced the direction of my current research project. In the course of my study, I have been reviewing and working with LlaMol model code available on GitHub.
My aim is to explore its capabilities further by fine-tuning the model with a specific dataset and leveraging LoRA technology within the Hugging Face environment.
Hello,
I was truly inspired by the paper, "LLamol: A Dynamic Multi-Conditional Generative Transformer for De Novo Molecular Design," about its innovative approach and the potential applications it presents.
I load this model on Hugging Face Hub with permission from the author of the paper, Astrid Maass.
Also I specified a "Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International" license to a model repository.
Please check the LlaMol repository through the link below and leave a comment if you have any corrections or feedback.
