Improve FreeCAD Copy Paste system.

FreeCAD's copy paste system is ridiculously complex. For example : copy sketch001:

This is IMO one big UI issue of FreeCAD that I had always wanted to fix. When something so simple as copy paste is not seemless, it really makes the software feels like an alpha version.

Deliverables

Pull request fixing this issue.

Timeline

Start: January, PR in january. End when it merges.

PR handling, adjustments, rebasing, fixing conflicts : 3 days

Fixing introduced bugs or issues : 2-3 days

FreeCAD/FPA#257 What I'm talking about here is actually very similar to this proposal. A grant proposal organized around an issue and will end with the PR merge. Of course, there is no backbone of what is mentioned there, but what came to my mind was exactly something like this.

As for the propasal, it's a great quality of life improvement.

Thanks for the submission: the 2025 grant process is going to be slightly different than the 2024. We are switching to a quarterly approval system. That will have two main consequences: first, the submission deadline for Q1 is now March 1, and all submissions will be considered by the committee then (though the larger FreeCAD community will of course continue to discuss the proposal here in this issue), and second, we are going to have a fixed budget for the quarter, so this grant will be competing for a slice of a set funding amount. That budget has not yet been determined, I will let you know here when it has.
