Move Ship and Plot WBs to freecad-addons in crowdin

Indeed. I have deleted it now. I think Ship and Plot should be moved to https://crowdin.com/project/freecad-addons at some point too

Plot WB still has a piece that stayed in FreeCAD. I don't remember exactly what was the reason, but one should assess if there are still translatable strings in that piece of code.
