As a follow-up to #2632 and #2637 - should see about getting Open Match migrated from Google Cloud to Qoddi.com
Problem is that Qoddi seems to be against Kubernets, which is basically the only way to get Open Match up and running.
I've found some documentation that implies being able to install Open Match using Kubernetes in Docker (KinD) ->

This will allow us to save some funds, so instead of paying Google, we would burn credits from Qoddi sponsorship rather.
Hopefully I won't have to do this one myself, hence the bounty. Qoddi allows for easily adding more people into the team.
