remove `Forc.toml` and `ci.yml` sway patches after abi errors are supported by a new sway release

This issue serves as a reminder to remove the sway patches from our `Forc.toml` and `ci.yml` which were added in https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-rs/pull/1651. This issue is blocked until sway release a new version that supports abi errors.
