Stopwatch Lap Button and Timer Reset Issue in Easy/StopWatch/script.js

Minor issues with button states:

1. Lap Button: Should disable when the stopwatch is stopped but remains active until reset.
2. Reset: Ensure all laps clear, and interval stops consistently on reset.

Expected Behavior:

• Lap button disables after stopping.
• Reset clears laps and displays "00:00:00" reliably.
