Land BCs defaults for remap_restarts and GEOSgcm v12

Today, I was doing some remaps with GEOSgcm v12 and noticed something: Getting the v13 BCs was "hard".

That is, currently the questionary ask/presents for Land BCs.

The thing is, I'm pretty sure GEOSgcm v12 will default to the v13 BCs...and those are under Other:

So, to me, the "main" question should be something like:

where GM4 is now in other and maybe even the ICA should be shoved into Other? At this point I've never used v12 with anything but NL3 and v13. And the default choice should be v13 I think.
