Need boundary conditions (emissions, etc) for 210km model) #1050

The GEOS-MLT develop is in need of emissions and corresponding boundary conditions for its L191 version.
@sdrabenh can we ask you for help on this?
@rlucches can we ask you to place the bcs in the proper places when Scott is done?
The GEOS-MLT group is nearly ready to start tuning the model and it's important to do it for the number of levels we have in mind. So far, we've used the levels that go up to 150 km, but that turned out to be only okay for basic testing the top had to be placed higher, at 220 km, and for that we don't have the bcs files. Thanks.
