Add GEOSadas build to GMAO_Shared CI

At the moment, all we have for CI builds here are GEOSgcm builds. But, the GEOSadas actually exercises more of GMAO_Shared, so having a build of that would be useful too. It can only be Intel until the ADAS is updated to work with GNU, but that is at least something.
