Add funcionality to query owners, sellers and buyers #5
Description
A lot of interesting information can be found by quering the owners, sellers and buyers. These are represented in the core_principal table and other subtables as you can see in the sample schema in prefix.py
Add functionality so that the user can query for example:
- What principals in South Beach have sold for over $2,000,000?
- Who are the top principals in South Beach by sales volume in 2023?
This one will be a lot harder
- What owners in South Beach have recently sold 2 bedroom units in the $400-800k price range?
