Not working with new Winamp 5.9.0 Build 9999 RC1

Please fix it, I use Winamp because of this plugin.

(JTFE and other plug-ins by DrO are broken :-(
Looks like they've got a hard-coded internal dependency for Winamp\Microsoft.VC90.CRT\msvcp90.dll
The VS2008 runtimes are no longer shipped/required/loaded with Winamp 5.9
(VC142 runtimes are now installed on Win7-8.1))

They'll apparently be changing things on their side so there's no need to re-build the plug-in. There's also the WACUP provided version of the plug-in but I guess that's a step too far if wanting to only use "winamp".
