Closing a "saved" tab from browser still deleted from Link Map (& save/lock transferred to one-node up in tree)

Description

(Perhaps related to # 111?) When closing a "saved" tab from the browser, it instead deleted in the Link Map tree. And, bizzarely, it seemed to migrate the "saved" status (lock icon) to the node just above that prior now deleted node.

Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

unsure / happened when trying to reproduce #111 though

Expected behavior

Just to close the tab but keep in Link Map's tree with the save/lock status.
