Having to manually bring the side panel in focus then close it is extra clicking that could be eliminated by using the same open shortcut to close it.
Expected behavior
[Describe what you expected to happen.]
Set the shortcut for Open Link Map to Ctrl + Shift + X
Holding Ctrl + Shift + X opens Link Map side panel
Holding Ctrl + Shift + X again closes Link Map side panel (not deactivating it, it basically goes from width: setByUser to width: 0)

No need to add an additional toggle option on top of Open Link Map, the same shortcut could be used as Open/Close Link Map. Better wording would be to Expand/Collapse Link Map or Expand/Collapse Side Panel, as Open/Close implies activating and deactivating.
Additional Comments
This could also be applicable for Activate the extension, where the same shortcut deactivates Link Map.
