It's so strange but so far only one of my workshop files just refuses to download. I tried adding it manually and adding it to the .lst file without success as it still wants to try downloading it. Not sure what the issue is...

The campaign is Day Break and I get the following:

If this error was encountered on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018, it may have been due to Steam servers being down for weekly maintenance, since Day Break is downloading fine now.
