avoid crossing perimeters does not work

Hello. 
In prusaslicer, avoid crossing perimeters does not work when using bricks.
Has anyone had an issue with this?
I'm printing with nylon, and would like to use bricks, but when the scrip runs, it ignores avoid crossing perimeters and that results with a lot of stringing. 
Is that something that can be fixed?
