Cant register for airdrop.

When trying to signup for the airdrop I'm getting this error when using my public key:

TRANSACTION HAS FAILED
DETAILS: {}

When I try to use my 12 character identity I get this error:

Failure
TRANSACTION HAS FAILED
DETAILS: {"TYPE":"THERE IS NO IDENTITY WITH AN ACCOUNT SET ON YOUR SCATTER INSTANCE.","CODE":423,"ISERROR":TRUE}

But, I also tried the randomly generated scatter name with the first result above. I have no idea why I'm getting this error. I'm using the correct account and have a balance on the account as well.
