create poll page loads VERY SLOW

the create poll page on production takes 5 seconds or longer to load from when the user clicks create poll from any view

this is significantly longer than most page loads, even if you already loaded the create poll page once it will take a long time even when you are loading it again in the same session.

We should investigate and provide a solution so that the create poll page on production can be loaded on average in less than 2 seconds.

@divine-comedian I activated one minute cache time for draft endpoint on client side to prevent redundant requests. I think we can activate it on other endpoints too to improve site load speed

is it possible to load the page components first then let the draft services load up asynchronously?

@divine-comedian I removed the loading component, now draft services will load up asynchronously and draft data will be shown after one or two sec.
