Adapt `Coreg.info()` to work on `BlockwiseCoreg`

Right now, the method info() only works on Coreg and CoregPipeline objects, but not BlockwiseCoreg.

The example in the documentation instead uses Coreg.meta, which is inconsistent/unpractical. We should implement a info() for BlockwiseCoreg.
