Plot better

Plot the map better inside the given space, and in proper scale.

• Determine the boundaries automatically.
• Maybe allow specifying a padding in percentages or pixels.
• Choose a decent map projection algorithm.

Orthographic projection works. Could benefit from caching the Sin/Cos calculations, or deduplicating coordinates. Also, still needs automatic padding and centering.
