Investigating the half-loading issue

There is a bug currently where your GrassClipper may look something like this:

If you encountering this, I do not have a fix, so I need you to tell me in a response to this, as much about your PC as possible. Things like, but not limited to:

• Windows version
• CPU
• GrassClipper version
• If you have tried running in Chrome or Browser mode (check white screen fix section of README)
• How long since you updated Windows
• What current Windows build you're on
• Attach your config.neustorage from the .storage folder

If you have the means to do so, try it in a virtual machine as well, and let me know if it changes the result.

What YOU can try:

• Run as Admin
• Run with Windows 8 compatibility mode
• Ensure GrassClipper is not in any folder within OneDrive

hi! grasscutter opened exactly like in the picture shown on the post, i'm using windows on bootcamp if this information helps

edit: had to reboot to mac, then boot to windows for it to work

just wanted to say that I was having this problem and installing WebView2 fixed it

I opened it with using shortcut, if i just start without shortcut it opens for a few seconds and closes

I accidentally solved the problem by noticing that the folder path goes through onedrive. Then I just moved the folder to the C drive and it worked

The browser version worked, but I can't select the game folder. The normal exe just closes. I tried to compile a test build of this program and I got this error. (although I downloaded all the dependencies)

this is how it looks like, booting it from browser. doesnt open when im booting it from the .exe original file

Running in administrator mode DID NOT work for me,
however running it in windows 8 compatibility mode DID.

UPDATE: I need to continually switch the windows 8 compatibility mode on and off to open it.

Using the lastest grassclipper version (v0.9.10)
Running in administrator gave me the white screen. Webview2 is installed. Windows 8 compatibility did not work.
