ID of Shikanoin Heizou and new skin of Deluc is invalid(鹿野苑和迪卢克皮肤id无效) in V2.8

With newest Grasscutter, I cannot got avatar Shikanoin Heizou and new skin of Deluc with V2.8 client.
What's the possible reason? Whether it is because the resource folder is still 2.7?
最新的Grasscutter中，通过/give 1059命令提示无效的id，迪卢克的皮肤也是。
抽卡界面有鹿野苑但是也抽不出鹿野苑。是什么原因？是因为需要2.8的resource吗？在哪有2.8的resouce？

换了resource后解决，但是加载过程中报了
20:31:20 ERROR:ResourceLoader Unable to load quest keys - ./resources/QuestEncryptionKeys.json not found.
