Google detected that the app is targeting an old version of Android. To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements.

This ticket requires us to identify and complete all tasks dependencies required to target Android 14 (API level 34).

Impact of the tech debt
This is a prerequisite to being able to update the app.
