Breaking a Output Bus with an Item Filter does not drop the Filter

Expected Behavior

When an [Export Bus which has had an Item Filter placed in it to dictate its allowed outputs] is broken, it should drop the Export Bus, its Contents, any attached Covers, and the held Item Filter

Actual Behavior

The held Item Filter is not dropped alongside the block.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an Output Bus, then place a Filter in it, then use a wrench to break the block
