INCONSISTENCY:
If a filter cover (either item or fluid) is placed on a machine, it can be opened by shift + right clicking the cover with an empty hand
However, to open the cover placed on a pipe, you need to be holding a screwdriver

Same applies to the computer cover placed on a cable, presumably this applies to all covers

Worth noting, one of the MUI nitpick yappa's we had in dev-internal/vc: one of the noted goals was to make sure all slots in GT machines have overlays. So yes I'd classify this as unintended, if you want to make a ledger of machines missing UI overlays feel free but iirc i have a list somewhere I'll throw up if i find it!

This one is intentional iirc
Having it show every empty tank on a seperate line is cancer
