CI issues

There seem to be some CI issues that need sorting.

I created a PR #32 which seems to fail in quite a bit of runners with problems that I don't think are related to the PR.

One that is evident immediately is a retired runner macos-13.
But also the delocate step in macos-latest seems to fail. I can't claim to understand this.
