Manage HH: Give more feedback when removing Contact from HH

" I think the little red remove from HH buttons need a bit more context – either a tooltip, or an “are you sure” dialog, or a notice on screen after clicking listing “Contacts to be removed”, or fading out the name card until Save? As is, the contact is gone almost before you realize what you did.."
