Some apps not output

We are finding that when we run the tool as many as half the apps are not picked up in the output. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to address it?

I think that is because of some missing url scheme keys. Check out this PR #7

Also if apps didn't register for schemes at all then they would be excluded.
