Document setup #31
Description
As mentioned in #17 , the PDF instructions don't reflect the most accurate name of the tutorial to run.
The ToolboxLS dependency requires some setup of its own, (modifying a running a setup script hidden a couple directories deep). Indicating those steps in the README here (and the PDF instructions) would be helpful
