Hack Glasgow is a single day event with two parallel speaking tracks, villages, a central and generously-sized sponsor area, and exclusive afterparty for attendees, speakers, crew, and sponsors. In 2025 we welcomed over 200 attendees, watched 16 incredible speakers delivering (or co-delivering) 15 talks, lock picking, a book stall, several sponsors, a charity sticker stall, an exclusive "portalcam" live link to BSides Exeter, and much more.
-After running the much loved Hack Thursday, the organisation team realised there was appetite in Scotland for a community led infosec conference at home. Welcoming hackers of all walks, and those just simply curious, Hack Glasgow is a space for all who are interested in information security, privacy, and hacking. With talks ranging in both subject and complexity, villages showcasing fun and interesting activities, sponsors excited to show attendees their products and get feedback - there truly is something for everyone at Hack Glasgow.

Yes! We want to showcase our brilliant speakers, attendees, sponsors, and crew to you. The only rule we have is to make yourself clearly known as a member of the press when interacting with delegates (wearing your press creds usually covers this). Press passes are available for the event, however these do not include lunch, dinner, or after party access. Contact us for press passes or if you have any questions.

Sponsors and community vendors with an exhibition space can benefit from loading in to the venue using the Midland Street entrance. The venue has previously accommodated large stands and unusual items (such as cars).
-Short term parking is available for exhibitors, speakers, volunteers, and attendees “kerb side” with many multi-story car parking options within a 10 minute walk of the venue for longer term parking. Due to the venue’s location, public transport links are abound, with Platform being situated a 10 second walk from one of Glasgow Central’s main entrances.
