docs(release): correct the Arabic RTL claim to what actually ships

RELEASE.md claimed Arabic "mirrors the whole layout right to left, terminals
included." Per PR #345's own report only the terminals mirror; ~95 physical-
direction styles across 38 renderer components still pull the wrong way, and
icons and the Pixi floor do not mirror. Softened both surfaces (the markdown
bullet and the drop deck) to the true strong claim — every string translated
with nothing falling back to English, terminals reading right to left — plus the
one honest clause that some screens still need their padding and icons mirrored.
Wording matches the landing page so the two surfaces agree.
