Confirmed, fix on the way

Issue	Status	Workaround
Buying Pro opens a checkout page that fails to load	confirmed	Use https://harnessmd.com/pro/checkout
Cards issued in Türkiye are declined by our payment vendor, and the app says "This licence has no card on it yet"	investigating with the vendor	Message @chaitanyagiri and he will sort access out by hand
Sign in fails on some company networks because harnessmd.com is blocked	confirmed, not our bug	Ask IT to allow harnessmd.com, or use another network
A task is assigned to the right agent but the sidebar shows no status or name, mostly with Codex	confirmed, patch in the next release	Status does update after a few minutes
Skill install fails with "that skill is larger than this installer will fetch"	confirmed, next release	Install that skill by hand into the agent's skills folder
Memory panel cards cut their text off at the right edge	confirmed, next release	Widen the panel
Working and idle status dots look nearly identical	confirmed, next release	None
Stapler ignores dark mode	confirmed, next release	None
Stapler vanishes after you unplug an external monitor that was the main display	confirmed	Restart the app
The Ask Me board is buried in the inbox, so you miss questions	confirmed, a notification icon is being added	Check the inbox while agents run
Pasting an image does nothing in Pro mode, though it works in classic mode	confirmed	Save the image and pass the file path
Slack does not start after an upgrade: failed to bind port 3847: EADDRINUSE	confirmed	Kill whatever still holds port 3847, then start again
Deleting a config's files does not remove it, it still appears on launch (Windows)	confirmed	Settings, General, Reset
Model changes are lost: the sidebar keeps the old model, and a restart does not bring agents back on the model they were last running	confirmed	Set the model again after restarting
An agent comes back empty after a restart, with the previous session's context gone	confirmed	None
The god orchestrator's restart command can only be copied, not edited	confirmed	None
Kimi Code: the view jumps to the top on every send, and queued messages do not run	confirmed	Send one message at a time
Grok Build CLI stays dark when the app is in light mode	confirmed	None
Community 0.4.6 installs auto updated to Pro 0.5.2 and now ask for a sign in	by design, badly communicated	Community builds stay free on GitHub releases, unsigned

Reported, tracked in GitHub

• Windows: the app dies during idle compaction and agent notebooks get corrupted. [BUG] Munder Difflin v0.5.2 — condense subsystem kills the app during idle compaction + corrupts agent notebooks #501
• Pi bridge loses the tool name, so the circuit breaker constrains agents that are not looping. Pi bridge drops tool name/input, causing false circuit-breaker constraints #502, fix in review as fix(hive): preserve Pi tool identity across hook events #511
• Gemini auto mode adds YOLO on top of an explicit approval flag, which the CLI then rejects. Global Auto Mode appends Gemini YOLO over an explicit approval stance #483, fix in review as fix(provider): preserve explicit Gemini approval stance #484
• Shift+Enter does not insert a newline in the built in terminal. Embedded terminal doesn't deliver Shift+Enter as a newline to Claude Code — the key mapping /terminal-setup installs for iTerm/VS Code has no equivalent for the xterm.js pane #481
• Windows bridges for Antigravity, OpenCode and Codex. Fix Windows connectivity & lifecycle bridges for Antigravity, OpenCode, and Codex #475
• The god agent's outbound messages silently stopped delivering in one long session. God agent's outbound hive messages silently stop delivering (survives restarts); agent budget UI shows bogus 100%/mirrored values #507, closed

Watching, not confirmed on 0.5.2

• A multiple choice question answered by an arriving inbox message while nobody is at the keyboard. Reported on 0.4.6 and on a 0.5.2 preview. If you see this on 0.5.2, say so in Discord #help with the time and we will pull the log.

What the statuses mean

• confirmed: reproduced, on the fix list.
• investigating: we can see it, we do not have the cause yet.
• next release: the fix is planned for the release after 0.5.2.
• fix in review: a pull request exists, not merged yet.
