[Bug]: Dark Theme Inconsistency on Contact Us Page

Issue Description:

The dark theme implementation on the Contact Us page is inconsistent. Some sections are not properly adapting to the dark theme, causing visibility problems and a broken user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the Contact Us page (/contact or similar).
• Enable the website's dark theme / dark mode.
• Observe the styling of various text and container elements.

Expected Behavior:

All text, backgrounds, and interactive elements should consistently adhere to the dark theme color palette, ensuring readability and a cohesive visual design.

Actual Behavior:

There is a clear inconsistency between two sections of the page:

1. Inconsistent Section: The main "Contact Us" content (including the headings, bullet points, and text) correctly switches to a light-on-dark scheme.
3. Inconsistent Section: The footer area (containing "Chvix", "Connect with Us", "Resources", etc.) fails to adapt. It remains with a white background and black text, making it very difficult to read and breaking the immersive dark theme experience.
