[Bug]: fix the profile-setup form

🐞 Describe the Bug

Now after giving all the required details in in the profile setup form it is not successsfull form completed after clicking the button (complete profile setup button)

✅ Expected Behavior

After giving proper details it should submit or completed the form successfully
