[Bug]: Poor visibility of card headlines on hover in dark mode on About page

🐞 Description

There is a UI visibility issue on the About page when using dark mode. When a user hovers over any of the feature cards, the headline text (e.g., "Community Building", "Global Impact") becomes nearly invisible because its color is too similar to the card's background color on hover.

✅ Expected Behavior

The headline text should remain clearly visible and maintain a high contrast against the background when the card is hovered over, ensuring good readability.
