- Added column number support to hxcpp-debugger-protocol.hx
- Reworked code attached to hxcpp-debugger-protocol so that said file can be auto-generated again
- Fixed plugin code to be compatible with the modified data structures
- Added run-to-cursor functionality, complete with column-number-specific breakpoints
- Modified frame descriptor to include column numbers
