Reimplement handling of turning on/off heaters and reading target temperatures.
Now, in case of turning off both water tank heating and floor heating, it will turn of the whole heat pump.
Improved reading of state both for water tank and floor heater.
It will show now properly that we want to have water tank on, but it is not being heat up right now as heat pump is working on floors.
