redesign: deploy Claude Design landing page to GitHub Pages

Full visual overhaul of docs/index.html — dark cockpit aesthetic with
Space Grotesk + JetBrains Mono fonts, PCB dot-grid background, shimmer
XP bar, phone mockup hero, feature grid, 9-track curriculum section,
and gold-bracket CTA card. Adds landing.jsx (React component) and
landing.css (full theme).
