Description
There are cross references to section numbers. The numbers don't exist but the sections do. So either give the sections numbers or change the references to section names.
For the modules to be loaded on Atos:
module load gproj should be proj
module load gcc should be added
Contributors should be updated with more names and possibly one or two contact persons.
A user manual would probably be appreciated
