During further development of CACTIS we noticed another potential gap regarding a BCT relating to agency, i.e. presenting the behaviour as a choice taps into people feeling like they have ownership and agency of the behaviour. The definition below has been discussed with Robert and Susan and we can discuss at the next meeting.

present behaviour as a choice BCT
An increase awareness of behaviour BCT that presents the behaviour as something the person can decide to do or not, or as one of a set of options
