Binary members from USS not loading to PDS during BuildUtilities.copySourceFiles

I see there is no copyMode of CopyToPDS while invoking BuildUtilities.copySourceFiles here:

I have a binary member in my source code but it fails to copy to PDS. (Seems it is copying the BINARY member as a default TEXT)
