Develop SQL and dashboard visualization within LakeHouse

Current state: Dashboard built with help from other team, but still needs work.
Solution: SQL query development and dashboard automation

-  Develop SQL queries for data exploration and visualization
-  Create SQL templates for common analysis patterns
-  Implement "Workstream Visualizer" dashboard concept
-  Build automated dashboard update mechanisms
