Currently, there is no limit to the amount of votes that can be cast when a person logs into the website and selects a nation for each match. Make sure to limit a user's ability to vote to one nation per fixture and to one vote per user each fixture.

Sure we will assign the issue once the "Predict the winner" issue is solved as it is required to complete the fan poll section and to start working on this issue "Multiple votes".
