works with devops libraries with prefixed settings
do dotnet run in the QuickDevopVariableEdit folder and fill in:
- the organization url: eg https://dev.azure.com/organization
- projectname (part that comes after organization in url )
- and Personal Access Tokens for you account which you can add here
https://dev.azure.com/organization/_usersSettings/tokensor click you icon in the right top, click the magical 3 dots and select User Settings and Personal Access Tokens
