CameraObject parameter values

The values displayed in the widget on the left when the camera is selected in the world hierarchy (fx, fy, cx, cy) are incorrect and trying to change these values from the interface (with the arrows) only sets it to 10000.

Please, give more details. For me it happens when I do not have camera set. In that case the image sizes are zeros and somewhere there is division by 0. With a webcam on, I do not see the problem. Also, I do not know what are the "correct" values.
