[FEAT] Add contributors app #8

Description
In the frontend we will display people who contributed to the project. We need a new django app in the backend to manage that people. We need the admin, the endpoint to list all contributors, factories and tests for the app.
A contributor should have at least Name, picture and url to redirect (could be linkedin/GH/X/twitch... whatever the contributor preffers.
Motivation
We need a way of request contributors in the frontend

- Api is working
- Test are working
