Black Screen after installation

• I'm running the latest version or the one prior of the Windows 10to7 Transformation Pack (I checked the changelog on the downloads page before opening the issue).

Summarise the issue

I was installing the transformation on a clean windows 10 installation. It has passed all stages of installation, but after the stage 3 and after log on, the screen is went black and the cursor was the only visible thing on the screen

How do you reproduce the bug/inaccuracy?

Just by restarting the PC

Expected behaviour

Correct installation on my computer

Additional Context

Cursor is reacting to Ctrl+Alt+Delete (little loading thing is appearing) and the language of windows is Russian.
