What version of Windows 10 are you using the transformation pack on?
Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 19044.6332
What version of the Transformation Pack are you having issues with?
3.6.1.2
Summarise the issue
I ran the sfc /scannow to fix Windows Terminal not being able to be Run as Administrator in my Windows install, and after a restart the theme was gone. Usually the theme retains after running it, in my experience, so this is a bit unusual. Anyway, I went through "Configure or update the transformation", and it went fine halfway until it errored out at the "Restore pre-transformation files and settings and uninstall" part task, and another one which I forgot and forgot to take a picture of. I was able to restart and log back in to my Windows, then reattempted the reinstall, but it says it "Couldn't move the old version of Setup for usage in Stage 2 of customisation". As a last attempt, I tried going for "Revert to Windows 10 look and feel and remove", but it results in the error exactly in the screenshot ("Restore pre-transformation files and settings and uninstall").

How do you reproduce the bug/inaccuracy?
- Run
sfc /scannow in Command Prompt (Admin)
- Restart, theme gone.
- Run the installer and go to "Configure or update transformation" first.
- It fails, restart and reattempt.
- Couldn't move the old version of Setup for usage in Stage 2 of customisation
- Revert to Windows 10 look and feel and remove results in a "Value cannot be null".
Expected behaviour
SFC shouldn't have assumed that the transformed files were "corrupted files" and replaced them. The installer should also have cleared out or removed the "old version of Setup", whatever that meant, so that it can be reattempted. Most importantly, uninstall should be possible.
Additional Context
Unfortunately, I did not enable System Protection because I forgot to enable it. But currently, my Windows install still works like normal, just with no Windows 7 transformations, and the Windows Terminal problem was fixed by SFC. Additionally, that problem could have something related to the Windows 7 UAC, I don't know.
