Plugging in external display breaks explorer

Before reporting your issue

• My version of Windows is up to date (Atleast up to April 2024 as per update warning)
• I'm running the latest version or the one prior of the Windows 10to7 Transformation Pack (I checked the changelog on the downloads page before opening the issue).

Summarise the issue

plugging in any external display like a drawing tablet or monitor breaks explorer on both screens, closing it and making everything go black. i can still access whatever windows i had open by alt-tabbing and task manager functions as well but trying to run explorer again does nothing at all and the moment i unplug the display i can reopen explorer just fine

Startisback 2.9.20 is broken on 2025-12 and tihiy released 2.9.21 to fix that issue #190.

3.6.1A was released to fix this issue and some more bugs
