Cannot select ExplorerPatcher when trying to install.

• I'm running the latest version or the one prior of the Windows 10to7 Transformation Pack (I checked the changelog on the downloads page before opening the issue).

Summarise the issue

I cannot select ExplorerPatcher in the transformation pack installer, even though I have installed ExplorerPatcher.

How do you reproduce the bug/inaccuracy?

1. Install ExplorerPatcher
2. Run transformation Pack installer
3. On the Start Menu and Taskbar theme page, try selecting ExplorerPatcher
4. Find out that it is not selectable

Expected behaviour

ExplorerPatcher to be selectable.
