Control panel applets do not render correctly

• I'm running the latest version or the one prior of the Windows 10to7 Transformation Pack (I checked the changelog on the downloads page before opening the issue).

Summarise the issue

Network center control panel applet is not being rendered correctly

The language and region section title in category view is also not drawn for some reason

Language: Romanian

How do you reproduce the bug/inaccuracy?

1. Open control panel
2. Open network center

Expected behaviour

The network center should render

The category view should have a title for every section

Additional Context

Happens without fail

I have ran the Windows 21H2to7 Language Pack installer

I have also ran the SFC command in #187 in order to address the systemcpl issue

I saw the issue could be related to language pack packages, but I don't seem to have any (as I think the language packs installer has removed them):

I should also mention that I have added some additional changes to the transformation, but I doubt they are the reason this happens

I have no idea when the network applet broke, as when I first installed the pack, it worked just fine (although 2 links were not rendering correctly), and I haven't checked it again till now

Windhawk mods (I have tried disabling these, and restarting explorer):

• version-spoof (by aubymori)
• kill-appframe-uwp (by Erizur)

This doesn't look right. Could you send the netcenter.dll.mui by any chance? It seems that some parts of the pack didn't translate for some reason (Control panel having missing text too)

Okay i see what is wrong with netcenter. The language pack is out of date and lacks the necessary strings for netcenter. Could you send shell32 as well because i'm seeing a missing string there for some reason.

Also, before you ask, no, I didn't tamper the resources after installing the pack
It's also kinda weird how it has a modified date in 2025, so maybe something reverted it back?

If you wanna help with the translation this is what is missing in netcenter:

ID12 String 188, "Manage wireless networks"
ID 32, 33, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78

Take all the strings from Windows 7's netcenter.

Meanwhile for shell32 it is missing the 10 strings. I think i haven't checked the translation fully before accepting the PR so apologies.

ID 2002 has missing strings where the 10 ones should be and translated. I think the original PR maker just used the original Windows 7 ID. You need to import the 10 strings past 32023

I will fix that as you gave me shell32 to fix it myself.

Okay, I was copying the netcenter mui again from my system files to modify it, and I just noticed that in system32 there is only a backup of netcenter's mui file, and an actual file is only in syswow64

Could this be the culprit? Or is this intended?

syswow64 doesn't matter as it is only for the x86 version.

If you wanna help me could you please send the Windows 7 version of the mui? I will credit you for it
